If the app crashes or you have difficulties opening the app, we advise you to close the app completely. You can do that by either double clicking on the home button, or by holding down the menu button for some time (depending on your device). You will then see a list of all the apps currently running. Please select the NeuroNation app from the list and close it.
Should you still have difficulties when restarting the app, please check whether the updates are still available. If not, please reinstall the app (first delete it, then dowload it again).
