After the purchase, the courses you bought will automatically be activated.
Not having your courses unlocked can happen due to several reasons:
There could have been a transmission issue. In that case, please write us an email with the receipt of the App or Play Store and the email address you used for registering an account included to email@example.com.
If you didn't register for an account before, and the app was closed, there is no possibility of retrieving your data and your results. Please re-register yourself and send us a note with the receipt to the above email address. We will then unlock your courses for you.
