How does the synchronization work?

You can train in our app as well as on our website in parallel and your progress and results will be synced throughout and saved in your account.

Also, you can log in on as many devices as you want and you will always continue from where you last left off.

Even if you want to use a completely new device, logging in with your NeuroNation user data will allow you to continue training where you last left off.

What can I do if my data is not in sync?

If results are not synced, we recommend that you log out and log back in. Above all else, make sure you have logged in with the same user data on both devices.

If your progress still does not sync, please contact our customer service.
