How can I report a bug?

If you notice a bug in the app, we greatly appreciate your feedback, it helps us react quickly and continue improving NeuroNation!

How to report a bug directly through the app:

  • Open the NeuroNation app

  • Tap “Profile” at the bottom right

  • Scroll all the way down to “Your Feedback”

  • Tap it and describe the issue as precisely as possible

Tips for a helpful bug report:

  • What exactly happened?

  • On which device did the error occur?

  • When did the problem appear (e.g., after an update)?
