Cancellation

If you don’t like our product you can cancel your contract agreement within 14 days without giving reasons for the latter.

To make use of the right to the notice of cancellation please just send us an e-mail to info@neuronation.de.

Termination

A premium membership is subscription based. The cancellation period is 4 weeks before the beginning of the next subscription period. If you want to end your subscription, simply send us an e-mail to info@neuronation.de.

You can also terminate your subscription directly in you profile settings.

Invoice

You can download your invoice in your profile settings.

On our website, click on „Settings” on the top right menu button (or click on your email address) to download the billing details of your membership. Please scroll down the profile page to the very bottom. On the bottom left you can see all details of your Premium Membership.
