A premium membership is subscription based. The cancellation period is 4 weeks before the beginning of the next subscription period. If you want to end your subscription, simply send us an e-mail to

You can also terminate your subscription directly in you profile settings.


You can download your invoice in your profile settings.

On our website, click on „Settings” on the top right menu button (or click on your email address) to download the billing details of your membership. Please scroll down the profile page to the very bottom. On the bottom left you can see all details of your Premium Membership.
