If you do not remember your current password, please tap the following link or "Set new password" on the website under the login. In the next step, enter your email address and tap "Reset password".
An email will then be sent to you. Please also check the spam folder of your email inbox.
In this email you can request a new password via the link. A pop-up window will now appear in our app, in which you can enter your new password.
In the settings of your device, please make sure that you have given the app permission to send push messages. If this permission is missing, please check the appropriate box to allow push notifications again. Alternatively, you can also request a new password on a desktop PC or laptop via our website neuronation.com.
