Delete account
If you wish to delete your account, you can do so on the website via your user profile.
Click on your email address and then on the heading "Settings" to enter your profile settings. Please scroll down the page until you reach the "Membership" heading.
Click on "Do you want to delete your account?" and then confirm the process.
ATTENTION: With the confirmation of the deletion process all data will be irretrievably deleted!
Why can't I delete my account?
Users who have an active premium subscription or an ongoing premium membership cannot delete their account to prevent active accounts from being accidentally deleted.
If you still wish to delete your account, despite having an active subscription or active premium membership, please contact our customer service.
