How do I change my email address?
You can change your email address independently in your settings on the NeuroNation website by clicking on your email address in the upper right corner and then on "Settings". Under "Login data" you can change the existing email address. Then click on "Save Credentials" to complete the process.
What if I have problems changing the email address?
If you have problems changing your email address or no longer have access to your old account, NeuroNation customer service can also change your email address for you.
To do so, simply contact our customer service and answer the following questions in your request as best as you can for verification purposes:
What subscription did you purchase under your old email address?
When was it purchased?
What payment method was used to pay for it?
After answering the questions, customer service will be able to perform the change of your email address.
