If you made a payment but your Premium access hasn’t been activated, there could be several reasons for this.
Step 1: Check your account

Log in at www.neuronation.com/subscribe

If you only see purchase options, you may be logged into the wrong account
💡 Tip:
Log in one by one with any email addresses you might have used.
This way you can find the account associated with your subscription.
Step 2: Send us proof of payment
If you are logged into the correct account but still don't have Premium access:

Please email us at info@neuronation.de

Attach a screenshot of your payment confirmation or provide your invoice number

Let us know which platform you used for the purchase (Website, Google Play, or App Store)
Important:

For purchases via the App Store or Google Play, we don’t receive payment details directly.
In these cases, we will need your purchase receipt or order number (e.g., GPA-1234-5678…) -
Please ensure that your payment was fully completed (not just pending)
