Where the subscription was renewed (Website, Google Play, or App Store)

If possible: A screenshot of the renewal confirmation or your order number

Purchases made via the App Store or Google Play are managed directly by Apple or Google.
Refund requests must be submitted through their platforms. -
Refunds are only possible under certain conditions and are reviewed individually.
