My subscription was renewed unexpectedly, can I get a refund?

Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless they are canceled in time.
If you missed the renewal, we’ll be happy to check whether a refund is possible.

What to do:

Please email us at info@neuronation.de and provide the following information:

  • The email address you used to register with us

  • Where the subscription was renewed (Website, Google Play, or App Store)

  • If possible: A screenshot of the renewal confirmation or your order number

Important:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period.
    You can find this information in our Terms and Conditions and on our subscription page.

  • Purchases made via the App Store or Google Play are managed directly by Apple or Google.
    Refund requests must be submitted through their platforms.

  • Refunds are only possible under certain conditions and are reviewed individually.
