How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address independently in the settings of your NeuroNation app by going to "Profile" and replacing your existing email address with your new email address.

What if I have problems changing my email address?

If you have problems changing your email address or no longer have access to your old account, NeuroNation customer service can also perform the email address change for you.

Simply contact our customer service and answer the following questions in your request as best as you can for verification purposes:

What subscription did you purchase under your old email address?

When was it purchased?

What payment method was used to pay for it?

After answering the questions, customer service will be able to perform the change of your email address.
