After your purchase, you automatically receive your invoice by email. It is sent to the email address you used for your purchase.
Can’t find the email? Then you have two options.
You want to download the invoice yourself
- Open the page www.neuronation.com/user/access.
- Sign in with your email address and password.

Scroll all the way down to the “Membership” section.
There you can see all invoices for your account.
- Click “Download invoice” next to the purchase you need.
Done! You have now downloaded your invoice.
You want to receive the invoice by email
Can’t find an invoice or need help? Then write to us.
- Send us an email at info@neuronation.de.
- Tell us the email address you use for your NeuroNation account.
- Add a screenshot of your payment confirmation or your order number if you have one.
Done! We will then send you the invoice by email.
Good to know: Invoices are only available for purchases on our website. Did you buy in the App Store or on Google Play? Then please contact Apple or Google directly.
