Premium subscriptions renew automatically if you do not cancel them before the end of the subscription period. You can find this in our terms and conditions and on the subscription page.
How to ask for a refund
- Send us an email at info@neuronation.de.
- Tell us the email address you use for your NeuroNation account.
- Tell us where your subscription was renewed: on our website, on Google Play, or in the App Store.
- Add a screenshot of the renewal or your order number if you have one.
Done! We will then review your case individually.
You don’t want your subscription to renew again
Then cancel it in time. To learn how, read the article “How do I cancel my subscription?”.
Good to know: Did you buy in the App Store or on Google Play? Then Apple or Google handles the purchase. In this case, you can only request a refund from Apple or Google.
