How do I get a refund?

Whether or not you can receive a refund depends on where you purchased your subscription (Website, Google Play, or Apple App Store). Here's how to proceed, step by step:

NeuroNation Website

Please send us an email at info@neuronation.de with the following details:

  • The email address you used to register with NeuroNation

  • The invoice number or a screenshot of your payment confirmation

  • A short explanation of the reason for your refund request

Our support team will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.

Google Play

  1. Open this link: Request a refund on Google Play

  2. Select the relevant purchase

  3. Follow the instructions for requesting a refund

Important: Refunds are handled exclusively by Google. We do not have access or control over this process.

Apple App Store

  1. Open this link: Request a refund from Apple

  2. Log in with your Apple ID

  3. Select the NeuroNation purchase and follow the instructions

Just like with Google, Apple handles all refunds directly.

Note:

Refunds are only possible in certain cases depending on the payment provider and timing of your purchase.
