You can change your password at any time – whether you're using the app or the website. If something doesn’t work, we're happy to help!
Change your password
On the website:

Go to your account settings

Scroll down to the section “Login Details”

Alternatively, you can use this direct link to change your password
In the app:

Tap on “Profile”

Enter a new password in the field below your email address

Save the change
Forgot your password?
If you no longer know your current password:

Tap “Forgot password?” during login

Enter your email address and tap “Reset password”

You’ll receive an email with a reset link – be sure to also check your spam folder

Open the link – a pop-up window in the app will appear where you can enter a new password and complete the process
💡 Tip:
Please ensure the app is allowed to send push notifications:
Go to your device settings → Apps > NeuroNation > Notifications
If disabled, enable the appropriate option
You can also request a new password conveniently via our website on your computer or laptop
