How can I change or reset my password?

You can change your password at any time – whether you're using the app or the website. If something doesn’t work, we're happy to help!

Change your password

On the website:

  1. Go to your account settings

  2. Scroll down to the section “Login Details”

  3. Alternatively, you can use this direct link to change your password

In the app:

  1. Tap on “Profile”

  2. Enter a new password in the field below your email address

  3. Save the change

Forgot your password?

If you no longer know your current password:

  1. Tap “Forgot password?” during login

  2. Enter your email address and tap “Reset password”

  3. You’ll receive an email with a reset link – be sure to also check your spam folder

  4. Open the link – a pop-up window in the app will appear where you can enter a new password and complete the process

💡 Tip:
Please ensure the app is allowed to send push notifications:
Go to your device settings → Apps > NeuroNation > Notifications
If disabled, enable the appropriate option

You can also request a new password conveniently via our website on your computer or laptop
