You change your email address in your profile on our website.
How to change your email address
- Open the website www.neuronation.com.

Click “Sign in” at the top right.
Don’t see “Sign in”? Then first click the three lines ☰ at the top right.
- Sign in with your email address and password.
- Click your profile picture at the top right.
- Click “My Profile.”
- Change your email address there.
Done! Your email address has been changed.
Want to change your password? Read the article “How can I change or reset my password?”.
Good to know: Your new email address works for the app and the website. From now on, sign in everywhere with the new address.
Can’t change your email address?
You signed up with Google, Apple, or Facebook
Then Google, Apple, or Facebook manages your login details. That is why you cannot change your email address with us. Change it directly there, for example in your Google account.
