You have the option to delete your NeuroNation account and all associated data.
This can be done independently via the website, in the app, or through our support team.
⚠️ Please note: Account deletion is permanent, and all of your saved data will be irreversibly removed.
1. Deleting your account via the website
To delete your account through the website, follow these steps:

Log in to your account at www.neuronation.com

Click on Settings (top right corner)

Scroll down to the section "Do you want to delete your account?"

Click on "Delete account"

Confirm the deletion by following the instructions provided
2. Deleting your account via the app
You can also delete your account directly in the NeuroNation app:

Open the NeuroNation app and go to your Profile

Scroll all the way down and select "Delete account"

Confirm the deletion by tapping "Understood"
3. Deleting your account via support
Alternatively, you can contact our support team to request account deletion.
📧 Send an email to info@neuronation.com with a request to delete your account.
Our support team will then initiate the process for you.
⚠️ Important Note
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
You will no longer be able to log in, and all saved data will be permanently deleted.
Please ensure you have saved any important information (e.g. invoices) before requesting deletion.
