You can delete your account in the app, on the website, or through our support team. The deletion is permanent.
Do you have a Premium subscription? Then cancel it before you delete your account. To learn how, read the article “How do I cancel my subscription?”.
You use the app
- Open the NeuroNation app.
- Tap “Profile.”
- Scroll all the way down.
- Tap “Delete account.”
- Tap “Got it” to confirm the deletion.
Done! Your account has been deleted.
You use the website
- Open the website www.neuronation.com.
- Sign in with your email address and password.
- Click “Settings” at the top right.
- Scroll down to the section “Do you want to delete your account?”
- Click “Delete account.”
- Confirm the deletion. To do this, follow the instructions on the screen.
Done! Your account has been deleted.
You want us to delete your account
Send us an email at info@neuronation.de. Ask us to delete your account. We will take care of it.
Good to know: The deletion is permanent. Afterward, you can no longer sign in, and all your data is deleted forever. So save everything you want to keep beforehand.
