Can I use my Premium access on multiple devices?

Yes! Your Premium subscription is linked to your personal NeuroNation account, not to a specific device.

Here’s how it works:

Log in on any of your devices using the same email address and password you used during your purchase.

Your progress is automatically synchronized – whether you're training on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Important:

  • Avoid switching between different accounts during an active session, as this can cause synchronization issues.

  • If you accidentally created a new account with a different email address, it may appear as though you don’t have Premium. In this case, log in with your original email address.

If your progress doesn’t sync correctly, please check the following:

Login details:

Open the app settings and check which email address you’re logged in with.
Make sure you’re using the same account on all devices.

Log out & log back in:

Log out completely from all devices, then log back in using the correct email address.

Trigger synchronization:

Complete an action in the app (e.g., finish an exercise).
Wait a few minutes – the app will automatically update your data.

Use one login method:

Always use the same sign-in method (e.g., email & password).
If you previously signed up using Google or Apple, a second account may have been created unintentionally. In that case, log in with your original email address.
