How do I cancel my subscription?

The way you cancel your subscription depends on where you purchased it, via our website, Google Play, or the Apple App Store.

Not sure if you have a Premium subscription or where you purchased it?

Here’s how to check:

1. Log in at www.neuronation.com with your email address

2. Open this link: www.neuronation.com/subscribe

   • If you don’t have a subscription, you’ll only see the purchase options

   • If you do have Premium, you’ll see “Manage Subscription”

Cancelling via Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store

2. Tap your profile icon (top right) → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

3. Select NeuroNation and tap “Cancel”

Cancelling via Apple App Store:

1. Tap your name in the App Store → Subscriptions

2. Select NeuroNation and tap “Cancel Subscription”

Cancelling via our website:

1. Log in at www.neuronation.com/subscribe

2. Click on “Manage Subscription”

Your Premium access:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period and will automatically end after that.
