If the NeuroNation app won’t start on your device or crashes immediately, the following steps often help:
1. Restart your device

Completely turn off your device and restart it

Then try opening the app again
2. Check for app updates

Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)

Search for “NeuroNation”

Tap “Update” if an update is available
3. Clear cache and data (Android only)

Go to Settings > Apps > NeuroNation > Storage

Tap “Clear Cache”

Then restart the app
4. Reinstall the app

Delete the app from your device
-
Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play
Important:
Your progress will be saved as long as you sign in again with the same account.
5. Check your operating system

Make sure your device is running the latest version of its operating system

Older versions may cause compatibility issues
