The app won't start, what can I do?

If the NeuroNation app won’t start on your device or crashes immediately, the following steps often help:

1. Restart your device

  • Completely turn off your device and restart it

  • Then try opening the app again

2. Check for app updates

  • Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)

  • Search for “NeuroNation”

  • Tap “Update” if an update is available

3. Clear cache and data (Android only)

  • Go to Settings > Apps > NeuroNation > Storage

  • Tap “Clear Cache”

  • Then restart the app

4. Reinstall the app

  • Delete the app from your device

  • Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play

Important:
Your progress will be saved as long as you sign in again with the same account.

5. Check your operating system

  • Make sure your device is running the latest version of its operating system

  • Older versions may cause compatibility issues
