Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can help fix loading issues, display errors, or sync problems, especially in the web version.
Google Chrome:

Click the three dots ⁝ in the top right corner

Select “More tools” > “Clear browsing data”

Choose “All time” as the time range

Check the boxes for “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”

Click “Clear data”
Mozilla Firefox:

Click the menu icon ☰

Go to “Settings” > “Privacy & Security”

Scroll to “Cookies and Site Data”

Click “Clear Data…”
-
Select both options and click “Clear”
Safari (Mac):

Click “Safari” in the menu bar > “Settings”

Go to the “Privacy” tab
-
Click “Manage Website Data…”

Click “Remove All”

After clearing your browser data, restart the browser and log in again at www.neuronation.com
