If your training progress looks different across devices or seems lost, the following steps can help solve the issue:
1. Log in with the same account on all devices

Make sure you are logged in with the same email address and password on every device you use

Only switch devices after finishing a session to avoid data loss

Do not open the app simultaneously on multiple devices
2. Check your login details

Open the app settings and verify which email address you are logged in with

Ensure that you are using the same account on all devices
3. Log out & log back in

Log out completely on all devices

Then log back in using the correct email address
4. Trigger synchronization manually

Complete an action in the app (e.g., finish an exercise)

Give the app a few minutes to update your data
5. Use the same login method
-
Always use the same sign-in method (e.g., email and password)

If you once registered with an Apple ID or Google account, a second account might have been created unintentionally
-
In that case, please log in with your originally used email address

Take a screenshot of your account settings (Profile > Email address)
