Problems with training on the web / browser

If exercises don’t load, content isn’t displayed properly, or the page becomes unresponsive, browser related issues might be the cause.
The following steps often help:

1. Clear the browser cache

  • Open your browser’s settings

  • Look for “Clear cache” or “Clear browsing data”

  • Clear the cache and restart the browser

2. Clear cookies and website data

  • In your browser settings, go to Privacy or Site Data

  • Delete the stored cookies and website data for neuronation.com

⚠️ Important:
Make sure not to delete saved passwords or form entries if you still need them!

3. Test private mode or another browser

  • Open neuronation.com in your browser’s Incognito / Private Mode

  • Alternatively, try using a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) to see if the issue persists

  • Which browser and version you are using

  • Whether an error message appears (if so, please attach a screenshot)
