If the app isn’t responding properly to touch or feels slow to use, the following steps may help:
1. Restart your device
A simple restart can often restore the screen’s responsiveness.
2. Clear cache & reinstall the app
Go to Settings > Apps > NeuroNation > Storage > Clear cache
Then uninstall and reinstall the app
Don’t worry: Your progress will be preserved as long as you sign in with the same account.
3. Adjust touch sensitivity (if available)
Go to Settings > Display > Touch sensitivity
Increase the sensitivity if this option is available on your device
4. Remove screen protectors or cases
Temporarily remove your screen protector or phone case
Some materials may interfere with the touchscreen’s responsiveness
5. Update app & operating system
Check the App Store or Google Play for any NeuroNation updates
